Who can participate?
Students from undergraduate to PhD level, submitting original AI/ML research through their university AI society. If your society isn't onboarded yet, get in touch. More are joining.
Is this a hackathon or a pitch competition?
Deliberately not. Participants submit research papers, reviewed double-blind by working researchers. The goal is to surface and connect Europe's strongest student AI talent early, and keep them oriented toward Europe.
How are papers reviewed?
Double-blind, by working researchers matched to each paper's field. Reviews are anonymous in both directions: nothing public ever links a person to a paper.
What do winners get?
The strongest entry from each country presents live at the global final in Paris. The winner receives an internship with OVHai LLM; AWS provides compute support for the programme.
What is EuroTech Federation?
A pan-European deep-tech federation founded in April 2025, with 170+ Fellows selected from more than 2,000 applications. The initiative is advised by a former President of the European Research Council.
